Ingredients :
- 40 grams of sticky rice flour
- 200 grams of low protein flour
- 100 grams of refined sugar
- 10 gr baking powder
- 2 grams of salt
- 120 gr eggs
- 160 grams of liquid milk
- food coloring
How to make Painted Steam Cake:
1. Heat a medium flame that tends to be small, covered with a clean cloth
2. Prepare the mold I use the aluminum cup mold that I put the steamed sponge paper on top, set aside
3. In a container, use whisk, beaten eggs and refined sugar until the sugar dissolves and mixes well
4. Enter liquid milk stir well
5. Enter the mixture of trigu flour, sticky rice flour and baking powder while sifting and stirring then add the salt stir until smooth and thick
6. Take a few spoons and put the color according to taste
7. Pour 3/4 into the mold then put the color and decorative dough according to taste
8. Steam for 15 minutes, lift and serve when warm
