INGREDIENTS

  • 1 (14 oz.) can diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 4 small corn tortillas, 6-inch diameter
  • 2 tsp. butter
  • 4 large EGGS
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 4 lime wedges

INSTRUCTIONS
