Apple Pie Recipe
Apple Pie is everyone's favorite snack, good luck!Pie Skin ingredients:
- 250 grams of flour
- 75 grams of hot liquid margarine
- 75-80 ml of water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 teaspoon of refined sugar / refined sugar
- 500 gr peeled green apples, cut into small cubes
- 50 grams of clean washing raisins
- 100 gr palm sugar (sy cm use 80 grams)
- 100 gr of sugar (sy cm use 80 grams)
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp lemon or lime juice
- 1/8 teaspoon of fine salt
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch diluted with 50 ml of water
Filling:
Heat the margarine until it melts, add apples, raisins, sugar, palm sugar, cinnamon powder, orange juice and salt, mix well. Keep stirring until the apples look wilted and brown and release liquid. Pour the cornstarch solution, stirring until thickened, lift and cool.
Pie Skin:
1. Enter flour, salt, sugar in a container, pour hot liquid margarine and water.
2. Stir with a wooden spoon until it is evenly mixed and lumped. Knead briefly with your hands until the mixture is sticky / dull.
3. Rest 15 minutes, cover the plastic so that the mixture does not dry.
4. Rinse the dough thinly, and cut it into a square. Place the filling, spread all the edges of the pie skin with water or flour which is diluted with water. Fold it in 2 while pressing the edges to stick.
5. Press the 3 edges of the apple pie with a fork. Fried till brown.Yummy
