How To Make steak Kangguru



Kangaroo is a typical Australian animal that can be consumed in the country, kangaroo meat is often served in the form of half-baked grilled steak, with a sprinkling of sweet sauce and salad, and French fries as a supplement. Kangaroo meat texture is very soft when eaten, even its softness exceeds that of beef.

Kangaroo Recipe :


  • 300 grams of kangaroo meat
  • Leek
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 tablespoons of cooking oil
  • 100 ml of thick cream
  • Salt to taste
  • Flavoring.
Mashed Potato ingredients:
  • 250 grams of test potatoes, steam and puree
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of milk powder
  • Salt and pepper powder to taste.

How to Make a Kangaroo Steak:

1. Soak the kangaroo meat first in a mixture of salt water, onions and garlic, let stand for 2 hours.

2. Meanwhile, stir the mashed potato ingredients, then set aside.

3. Heat the oil, then fry the kangaroo meat until cooked, remove and drain.

4. Pour cream into fried kangaroo meat seasoning oil, then boil.

5. Serve this kangaroo steak with mashed potatoes, to eat with your family and try.
