SPAGHETTI MARINARA RECIPES
Ingredients :
- 200gr spaghetti
- 3 flavors of garlic, finely chopped
- 200gr shrimp, split his back, throw his head
- 200gr squid, slices
- Parsley leaves, finely chopped
- Basil leaves (skip)
- Salt, broth, gulpas, pepper to taste
- 500grams of tomatoes, chopped / bottled tomato sauce
HOW TO MAKE MARINE SPAGHETTI:
1. boil the pasta in water which has been given a little oil and salt, cook until aldente (cooked & chewy) then lift aside.
2. sauté garlic, boiled until fragrant, put the shrimp and squid until they change color, add salt, gulpas, broth, pepper, mix well, set aside.
3. white bumis, add chopped tomato / tomato sauce add a little water, add gulpas, salt, stock, mix well, cook until thickened, set aside.
4. arrange spaghetti on a plate, flush with the sauce, sprinkle parsley leaves. "It happened that in the refrigerator there was no stock of tomatoes anymore ... So I just used tomato bottles, ready to use ... please try it
