SIMPLE APPLE PASTRY RECIPES
Ingredients :
- 2 Instant Pastry Skin Sheets
- 2 Grany Smith Apples
- 2 tbsp Sugar + 1/2 tsp Cinnamon Powder
- 1 Egg yolks for polishing
How to make SIMPLE APPLE PASTRY:
1. Wash the apples, then split them into pieces, do not need to peel. Remove the seeds then cut thinly, set aside.
2. Cut the pastry skin, 1 piece of pastry skin into 6 equal parts, a total of 12 pieces because using 2 pieces. Arrange the baking sheet that has been coated with baking paper.
3. Puncture with the center fork of the center of each piece of pastry. Do it until it's finished.
4. Polishing the surface of the pastry with egg yolks, then sprinkle it with sugar + powdered cinnamon.
5. Arrange the pieces of apple on top of the pastry, then sprinkle them again with sugar + powdered cinnamon.
6. Oven 200'C for 18-20 minutes until cooked and the brown pastry surface.
7. Lift and serve.
