Spanish Baked Fish Recipe



Ingredients:


  • 1 tail seabream fish or can also be replaced with other cut fish
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 10 pieces of green olive
  • 4 tbsp white wine
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin seeds
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 1 teaspoon of red pepper powder
  • Olive oil
  • Parsley leaves


How to make:

1. Clean the fish and cut into pieces, coat the fish with a little salt and a little onion dash in the middle and a tidy fish on top of the onion on a heat-resistant dish / dish.
