Ingredients

  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to season
  • 1 handful flat-leaf parsley leaves , chopped finely to serve

Instructions
  1. In a great saucepan, fry onion and flavourer in the oil
  2. Add mussels, salmon and calamari and fix for roughly 3 minutes.
