Pan con tomate recipe
Ingredients :
- 300 gr Rap / Monk fish (or sea fillet fish)
- 7 ripe tomatoes
- 1 onion
- Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- Wheat flour to fish
- Bones, head and fish fat (for broth)
How To Make:
1. Tomato and onion cut into cubes set aside and heat the oil to the pan and saute the onion until it is wilted and put the tomatoes that have been cut into cubes
