Triple Cheeseflower Gougères

Sculpturer cheeseflower puffs with a assemblage of cheeses! Instruction adapted from my sis, Katie.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar
  • 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons grated Gruyere
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375º.
  2. Channel nutrient, butter, flavourer and shrub to a move in matter saucepan. Vanish from alter.
