This Fiend Cookie Cheesecake Pie is everything you'd requirement - a pleasing, cheeselike mutation cake stuffed with a creamy peanut butter cheesecake. The whole aim is chewy, seedpod buttery and totally yummy!
Ingredients
Cookie
- 1/2 cup butter
 - 3/4 cup brown sugar
 - 1/4 cup sugar
 - 1/2 cup peanut butter
 - 2 eggs
 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
 - 1 3/4 cups quick oats
 - 1 cup flour
 - 1 tsp baking soda
 - 1/4 tsp baking powder
 - 1 cup M&Ms
 - 1/2 cup chocolate chips
 
Cheesecake
- 8 oz cream cheese
 - 1/4 cup brown sugar
 - 1/4 cup peanut butter
 - 1 egg
 - 1 tbsp milk
 
Peanut Butter Icing
- 1/2 cup butter
 - 1/3 cup peanut butter
 - 2 cups powdered sugar
 - 1-2 tbsp water or milk
 - chocolate sauce, if desired
 
Instructions
- Oil a 9 inch pie pan and preheat oven to 350 degrees.
 - To represent cooky dough, toiletry butter and sugars together until lightness and fluffy, near 3-4 proceedings.
