Chinese Food capcay recipe

The capcay recipe that is adapted from this Chinese recipe is rich in various types of vegetables. The word "stamp" in Chinese means number 10, because there are indeed 10 types of vegetables used in this dish. However, now if we order capcay soup in a roadside stall, for example, maybe the vegetables used are no longer 10 species.

With the many types of vegetables used, the nutritional content we get from consuming these dishes is no less diverse. Carrots are rich in vitamin A and fiber. Cauliflower contains many vitamins B9, C, and K. Merang contains many essential amino acids and trypsin compounds that help prevent constipation. After a day of not getting nutrition, the body will get a lot of it from the capcay dish. With so many benefits, eating a portion of capcay sauce after a day of fasting is certainly the right choice.

So that the nutrients from vegetables are not much lost, do not process the capcay until it is too ripe. Cook until ¾ cooked so that the flavor and texture of the vegetables are still quite crunchy when eaten.
